Nourish to Flourish.

by yours truly, wei shan.

Hello guys! 🌻

I'm here to update on my skin condition after receiving the laser treatment for my acne scars with one doc medical! In total, I have received 4 prolaser treatments with one doc medical!

To give you guys a refresher, I have done the prolaser treatment for my acne scars with one doc medical in early January, and as of today, I have finished my 4 prolaser treatments! ps: my skin condition right now is not 100% clear and acne free as laser treatments require longer time to see the full results!

Also, before continue reading this, it would be recommended if you guys take a look at my previous post talking about my first experience on the laser treatment as well as the condition of my face before the treatment! click here to read! 🌻

Okay! So lets move on to the progress with my following treatments! 🌻
ps: take note that the foundation mentioned below is the Missha The Original Tension Pact Intense Moisture!

First Treatment - 04/01/2019
First treatment took a little slower to show the results, break outs were still as frequent as before treatment. However, the scars and redness were still obvious, I would say there was just a 10% improvement mainly at my temple area after the first treatment. And tbh I was quite worried as I did not see any drastic improvements on my cheek areas. 😫

Second Treatment - 25/01/2019
The second treatment showed a more promising result in terms of reduced redness! My cheeks weren't super red like before! 🤩 and after the 2nd treatment I've noticed I had lesser breakouts 🤩 However, towards the end of the 2nd treatment (and into my 3rd treatment), my face was breaking out and was red again (I did not take any picture because I was insecure and busy until I've neglected on the pictures, so all the pictures below are before the breakouts!) 😖 but I was positive it was all the chinese new year food as well as the stress from studies 😤

Third Treatment - 27/02/2019
The third treatment showed the best results to me! I personally feel like the third treatment given to me was also the best out of the 4 treatments, maybe because I was super tired after my papers so I literally slept and relaxed throughout the whole session 🤭 at this point, the acne scars and redness were reduced, there were lesser breakouts, but there were just remaining stubborn scars 😖 and sometimes, with the right lighting, my skin looked clear! 🤩

okay here are the pictures I mentioned about "having clear skin" 😹
ps: there was no foundation applied!

Fourth Treatment - 16/03/2019
The fourth treatment is also my last treatment (for now, I'm not sure whether I will continue in the future, but for now I'm stopping) as for me to continue the laser treatment is way beyond my budget! 😖 and also because I am quite satisfied with the results eventhough it wasn't a 100% clear skin 😋 ps: there is no "with foundation" shot as it has just been one day after the 4th treatment! And the last picture under this section was literally taken a few hours ago 🤭

Comparison and Results Side by Side
Okay, so here are the side by side comparisons of my face condition that I guess you guys would be interested in 🤩

Overall Thoughts?
I've gained my confidence back once again, not needing to cover my face all the time with my hair or hand (when I take pictures hahaa) 😝 Although I don't have the smooth 100% scar free skin I once had in my carefree days, I am still really happy and satisfied with the way my skin looks like right now 🤩💕 the redness has reduced so much and my breakouts had lessen (of course I will still break out especially during my pms phrase and during my menstruation period, as well as when I eat unhealthy food such as oily fried food and junk food 😖)

Experience with One Doc Medical?
I went to One Doc Medical in USJ 10 Taipan branch! The service at One Doc Medical was top notch, everything was professionally done, from the cleansing of face to the laser treatment and masking! Their beauticians, doctors and staffs were really friendly and concerning 🤩 they often advised me on things to do to take care of my face, they would also whatsapp me to check up on how my face was doing after the first treatment! Also, they would send a whatsapp message as a reminder the day before the appointment! ☺️

Would I go back?
I would go back for their normal facial or other non-laser treatment due to their professional service! And I would also go back for the same laser treatment if I find it necessary (like if my face starts scarring again or gets worse?) in the future, given if I had the budget to spend hahaa! 🤑 since I'm not earning a fixed income, the price to continue the laser treatments would be too expensive for me 😭💔 overall, the money I've spent on this treatment was worth it! And if you guys want to try it out, I'd say go and contact One Doc Medical at their ig page at @onedocmedical or go visit them at your nearest branch!

Hey guys! I'm here to share on my first experience with @dahmakan!

So as some of you may already know, I'm a full time student and a part time dancer! So it could be really hard sometimes for me to plan my meal or decide what to eat with a busy schedule especially on days where I have school in the morning/afternoon and dance at night 😫 I always choose to stay back in my university and eat out during those days, and this would really give me a big dilemma on what to eat as the options around my campus are not cheap and are slightly on the unhealthy side 🤭 plus it is really time consuming for me to walk out of campus, choose a restaurant, order, wait for my food, eat and walk back to campus (when I could be studying or doing my assignments in the library) 😖

I recently tried dahmakan for the first time and it helped me save my time, satisfied my tummy and lessened my stress on deciding where to eat! If you guys didn't know, dahmakan is a food delivery service that delivers a variety of delicious food prepared by their 5-star chefs right to your doorstep! They even came up with their new low carbs and high protein meals! 🤤 So for the health cautious people, dahmakan is the delivery service for you! 🤤 you can also order your meals in advance so you wouldn't need to worry about what to eat on the next day (well this is what I did heh)! 😱

The meal that I ordered was the Herb Crusted Salmon Fillet with lemon cream sauce and mash potato! 🤤 as a salmon and potato lover, this was the perfect meal combination for my dinner! The mash potatoes gave me the energy to dance heh! It was a well-balanced meal! Besides that, their portion of food was super generous, there was a fair amount of sides as well as mains. The salmon was super "thicc"(unlike some restaurants where they only give super "thin" pieces of salmons 😤). And also, I'm super impressed that my meal was delivered straight to my university hot! This shows that their food was prepared not long before delivery! Overall, my ratings for the meal is a 8 out of 10! The 2 points went to the insufficient serving of the lemon cream sauce as it was too good that I finished it halfway through my meal 🤭

Overall, I would definitely use dahmakan again as it is super delicious, convenient and efficient! Also there is a wide variety of choices for me to choose from and also there are many promotion on the app! 🤑 and also, do apply my promo code: BETASTYF7421 to get 50% off your first purchase! That is up to RM20 off! So i highly recommend you all to try dahmakan for yourself! Great food, great service and great deals!! What are you waiting for? 😜
